Tabreed collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address and/or telephone number. Tabreed also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your zip code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites.

There is also information about your computer and mobile device hardware and software that is automatically collected by Tabreed. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used by Tabreed for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Tabreed Web Site.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Tabreed public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Tabreed shall not be held accountable for any use of such personal information by any third party.

In addition, changes to the Policy may be required to ensure compliance with data protection legal requirements. Tabreed will ensure the most recent version of this Policy is uploaded to the Web Site, and we may also notify you directly via email in the event of changes to this Policy. Your legal rights

Under the provisions of the applicable law, you are provided with the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights under the law, you should contact us with adequate proof of identity.

You have the right to request and obtain information on your personal data that we hold and the purpose for which it is maintained by us.

Right to object/opt out

You have the right to object to being contacted by us for direct marketing purposes or opt out. On receipt of such objection or request for opting out, we will ensure that you are removed from the relevant our marketing databases, as applicable.
